Starting Wednesday March 11, 18, 25, April 1 Most dancers learn steps. Very few learn how to listen. That’s why so many try to connect — but feel lost when the music changes. This is not a choreography class, it’s training in Afro-Cuban rhythm fused with on2 salsa. You’ll train how to: * Move with intention, not counts * Recognize breaks and accents * Freestyle without panic * Let the music lead your body 🕖 Afro-Cuban foundations 🕗 Salsa On2 musical application (shines) 🕣 Guided freestyle & music breakdowns 🔥 A 2 hour training for dancers who want less mechanical dancing and more flow, confidence, and expression. ⚠️ Unique in Calgary.
