• No refunds will be issued, however with a minimum of 24 hours notice the purchased classes can be transferred to another session or service.

• Class passes and packages are non-transferable to another person.

• If you miss a class, you may request a make-up class within the same month (subject to availability).

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).

• Within 7 days of the event, all sales are final.

• You may transfer your spot to another participant by notifying us in writing.

• Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

• No-shows or late cancellations will be considered used sessions.

• If we must cancel a class or event (e.g., due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a credit.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Missed classes without prior notice.

• Changes in your personal schedule.

• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
